2025 Mirror Ball Event Volunteering

It's Mirror Ball time! Please join us as a volunteer for myHealth for Teens & Young Adults. Bring a friend or two, get dressed up in your finest party attire, eat a delicious complimentary dinner, and help myhealth raise money to continue doing our work. Volunteer Opportunities

Shift #1-a (4:30 PM - 6:15 PM) Dinner Table & Dining Room Set Up
1. Set tablecloths and centerpieces on all dinner tables (make sure centerpiece vases have water and that candles work) 2. Place meal choice tickets and table numbers on each table 3. Make sure each table has correct amount of place settings & chairs 4. Place donation cards/envelopes/pens on each table and set candy for decoration on tables 5. Any other things that need to be done. 6. Volunteers who want to stay the entire evening can also volunteer for SHIFT #3.

Shift #1-b (4:30 pm-7:00 pm) Registration
1. Greet guests upon arrival! 2. Organize and set up registration table (name tags, table assignments, bidder numbers). 3. Encourage ClickBid registration with credit card if not already done. 4. Answer guest questions, encourage them to take a photo at the photo back-drop. 5. Placing directional signs as needed within the building. 6. Any other things that need to be done. 7. Volunteers who want to stay the entire evening can also volunteer for SHIFT #3.

1. Re-package silent auction packages. 2. Set tables for check-out. 3. 2 Auction Clerks to help with live auction in Ballroom. (Will be assigned by Gerilyn) 4. Whatever James tells you to do!

Shift #4 (9:15 pm-11:15 pm) Shut down & Clean Up
1. TEAR DOWN Ballroom. 2. Clear tables of tablecloths, center pieces, paper, pens, anything on tables. 3. Manage exit doors and coat check area. Thank guests as they depart. 4. Help load staff cars and Stagetime vehicles with anything that needs to be returned to clinic. 5. Any other things that need to be done.
